Return Policy

All items should be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with intact tags, and free from stains or fragrances.

For sets, please ensure both the top and bottom are returned together.

We want you to adore your purchase, but if your package arrives and you aren’t entirely satisfied, please refer to our return policy below:

Initiating Returns: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Costs: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Options for Returns: Choose your preferred outcome for the return:

• Exchange: You can exchange for a different size or item at the time of return.
• Store Credit: We offer store credit, which can be utilized both in-store and online, which has a 3 year expiry.

Exclusions: Please note that sale items and underwear cannot be returned.

Exchange Procedure: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, kindly provide a prepaid postbag with the returned item.

Please note, all store credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue.

Faulty Items
